My story

I'm an engineer and in my spare time I do sports, especially ski mountaineering. I've been diagnosed with MS in summer 2009. After my diagnosis I've started immediately to learn about the disease and I've found rapidly CCSVI. As there was almost no information on the Internet – not a single website, I've decided to do something. Additionally, I've learned that there are a lot of conflicts of interest among medicine researchers, example. Without patient pressure we would know never or too late if CCSVI is relevant for MS or not.Everyone can help!

Ich bin Ingenieur und mache in meiner Freizeit Sport, speziell Skitouren. Bei mir wurde im Sommer 2009 MS diagnostiziert. Nach meiner Diagnose startete ich sofort mit meiner Recherche über MS und fand ziemlich schnell CCSVI. Da zu dieser Zeit CCSVI praktisch kein Thema war – es gab keine Webseiten, habe ich mich entschlossen etwas zu tun. Zusätzlich, habe ich gesehen, dass in der Medizin erhebliche Interessenkonflikte bestehen, Beispiel. Ohne Druck von Patienten werden wir nie oder zu spät wissen, ob CCSVI relevant ist oder nicht.Jeder kann etwas beitragen!
